Project Manager

About the role

The role manages cross-functional projects, ensures supply chain readiness and on-time delivery, and supports business growth and margin improvement in a global matrix organization.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end commercialization and ensure launches are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer requirements
• Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, milestones, stage gates, status reviews, budgets, documentation, and governance requirements across Run, Improve
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks while managing multiple initiatives and maintaining clear stakeholder visibility
• Coordinate R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain inputs; build alignment, accountability, and execution quality across functions
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain pillars to ensure readiness across raw materials, capacity, production scheduling
