About the role

We are looking for a Data Analytics and Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone and analytical powerhouse for the YouTube India Social team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our ship running smoothly across all Product Areas (PAs) and verticals. You aren't just managing spreadsheets and timelines; you are translating complex data into impactful narratives that guide our overarching social strategy.

What you'll do

• Project & Operations Management: Run a tight, smooth ship across all YouTube India social verticals and PAs
• Oversee end-to-end project timelines, ensuring campaigns launch on time, on brief, and without friction
• Data Analytics & Impactful Reporting: Lead the measurement, tracking, and reporting of our social presence
• Dive deep into social performance metrics, translating raw data into clear, actionable
• Keep all stakeholders aligned, informed, and moving toward the same goals

What you need
