Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Construction

About the role

DEMO S.A., one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe, is looking for a Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Construction to join its team in Thessaloniki, Greece . The role will be responsible for leading construction and infrastructure projects for pharmaceutical production facilities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with GMP, technical and operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Act as the key point of contact and responsible leader for the setup, organization and operational readiness of pharmaceutical production facility construction projects…
• Lead pharmaceutical manufacturing construction projects from planning and design coordination through execution, handover and operational readiness
• Coordinate construction activities related to GMP production areas, cleanrooms, technical rooms, utilities, HVAC, mechanical systems, piping
• Manage day-to-day project execution, timelines, priorities, budgets, risks, issues and progress reporting
• Lead and coordinate in-house technical crews, ensuring clear work allocation, supervision, safety compliance and alignment with project milestones
