What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk are well managed
• Manage large and geographically distributed teams and build strong second-line leadership
• Own customer relationships, governance, escalations, and executive stakeholder communication
• Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement
• Work with Presales and Solution teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and new business opportunities
