About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading and facilitating Agile teams to drive successful project outcomes. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide cross-functional teams, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively.

What you'll do

• Establish and lead the Data Visualization Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Define the vision, roadmap, and governance framework for enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards
• Develop standardized, reusable visualization templates that can be adopted across functions and customized as needed
• Drive best practices for dashboard design, data storytelling, and UX consistency
• Enable self-service BI adoption while maintaining governance standards.a
