Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager at Rootquotient owns end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects autonomously and contributes to large, complex projects under guidance from a Senior PM or Delivery Manager. You are the primary client contact for your assigned projects and are directly accountable for on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery.

What you'll do

• Project Planning & Baseline Management
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with business objectives; create realistic schedules factoring in resource constraints
• Establish and maintain baselines for scope, schedule, and budget; track performance against baselines and implement corrective actions where needed
• Define project scope clearly with full stakeholder alignment; prevent scope creep through a formal change control process; document all scope decisions
• Schedule Management & On-Time Delivery

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Project management
• Agile
• JIRA
• Azure
• JavaScript
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
