Project Manager

About the role

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee the day-to-day management, quality assurance and reporting requirements in the Dakshina Kannada District. The Project Manager will directly supervise a team of Project Coordinators and will report to the Regional Manager. The work will involve fieldwork along with office work, and the percentage of time the employee would require to work in the field would be based on the project needs.

• Organise review meetings with relevant government officials and elected representatives at the district and taluk levels to monitor the SWM programme's progress
• Support the District administration in conducting baseline surveys and preparing reports
• Be part of the District Solid Waste Management Committee and attend the meetings
