Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager leads end-to-end SaaS customer implementations, serving as the single point of contact responsible for both technical solution delivery and project governance for commercial and mid-market engagements. We currently have 9 open positions for this role, supporting client onboarding from initial discovery through deployment and change management.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Manage a dynamic portfolio of 10-20 concurrent customer implementations, maintaining high work quality, adherence to schedules
• Consulting & Solutioning: Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business workflows, document requirements, and prescribe optimal platform configurations
• Hands-On Technical Configuration: Perform platform configuration, content taxonomy structuring, and low-complexity technical setups (including SSO, sFTP, SMTP
• Risk Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks
• Training & Enablement: Facilitate client enablement sessions (virtual and onsite) to ensure effective user adoption and smooth handoff to Customer Success
