This role is client-facing as well as internally facing and is the main day-to-day contact in managing the SoftClouds’ implementation team and supporting client projects and/or internal SoftClouds’ projects. scope, schedule, budget and management of client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Managing application solution implementations, software development, production support or a combination of these
• Provide weekly status reports and other communications to customers and act as a point-person for requests
• Work with Customers and the Customer teams to schedule delivery of project milestones
• Work with TM/Project Lead / Scrum Master for task management and weekly status report preparation
