Project Manager (Value & Delivery) - Enterprise AI

About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager (Value & Delivery) to help us understand, measure and evidence the impact of AI across the organisation. This role sits at the centre of WPP's Enterprise AI adoption and measurement capability. You'll own the data, reporting and analytics that enable senior leaders to understand how AI is being adopted, where value is being created and what actions are needed to accelerate impact.

What you'll do

• Own and enhance the Enterprise AI reporting and measurement framework, ensuring leaders have a clear view of adoption, utilisation and business impact
• Configure and manage Viva Insights reporting, dashboards and benchmark frameworks to support executive decision-making
• Lead usage and adoption tracking across multiple Microsoft 365 environments, creating a consolidated view of performance and engagement
• Build, maintain and continuously improve the Power BI reporting estate and underlying data models
• Integrate organisational and workforce data to enable meaningful analysis across regions, functions and business groups
