About the role

We are looking for a transformation leader who can take ownership of complex, customer-facing banking technology programs and bring together business, product, engineering, architecture and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead major SaaS implementation and transformation engagements for global financial institutions — navigating complexity, challenging assumptions
• Do Own complex banking technology programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live
• Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior client stakeholders
• Translate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps
• Lead globally distributed Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA and Consulting teams

What you need
