Project Planning Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring effective project monitoring, forecasting, risk management, progress tracking, and timely project delivery through robust planning and controls processes.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, project controls, and performance management functions for large-scale building construction projects
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, resource-loaded plans, project baselines, and recovery programs for large building construction projects
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones, productivity, earned value, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Lead cost control, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, risk analysis, delay analysis, and change management processes
• Prepare and present project dashboards, MIS reports, executive summaries, and progress reviews for senior management and clients
