Project Services Manager

About the role

Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers, cost engineers, cost estimators, project control engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of multiple portfolio of projects across various geographies through timely release of cost reports, providing periodic schedule updates, issuance of project control reports, expediting internal & external stakeholders and various other activities of project controls.

• Develop systems and procedures for Project control functions on the onset of the project and as and when there is a need in order to facilitate the process of project…
• Develop and maintain the project baseline, including Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and master schedules
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to track progress, cash flow, and cost/schedule variances
• Coordinate change orders, manage contingency budgets, and assess the financial impact of contract variations
• Maintain risk registers and develop quantitative mitigation strategies
