About the role

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect, track, expedite, and compile inputs required for technical and unpriced commercial bid submissions. Assist Proposal Managers in the preparation and submission of technical proposals and unpriced commercial bids. Maintain version control and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of all proposal documents.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and periodically update proposal communication protocols to facilitate effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare, format, consolidate, and finalize technical and commercial bid documentation in accordance with client and company requirements
• Review bid inputs compliance with approved templates, formatting standards, grammar, syntax, and overall document quality
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect, track, expedite, and compile inputs required for technical and unpriced commercial bid submissions
• Assist Proposal Managers in the preparation and submission of technical proposals and unpriced commercial bids
