About the role

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of credit card (CC) offers, ensuring timely implementation and adherence to agreed timelines
• Coordinate with relevant teams to track offer readiness, resolve execution issues, and ensure seamless delivery across customer touchpoints
• Monitor offer performance, identify gaps, and support initiatives to improve offer effectiveness
• Channel Engagement & Support
• Act as a key point of contact for sales and distribution channels for credit card offer-related queries, clarifications, and escalations
