About the role

The PSD Assistant (invoicing) is responsible for providing administrative support in the location to the PSD Manager. The support will enable the PSD Manager to focus on core Service Delivery activities.

What you'll do

  • Support with all customer invoicing activities in the business line
  • Day to day invoice tracking for both customer and venders
  • Despatch all customer invoices to consignees and follow ups
  • Coordination with customer user group on any invoice discrepancy
  • Coordinating with the collection team on payments whichever applicable

What you need

  • 5–7 yrs of experience

  • B.Com
