About the role

The selected candidates will address the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals in the maritime industry, making a significant impact on their well-being.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for seafarers
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy
• Collaborate with a team of psychologists to ensure holistic patient care
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as needed
• Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
