About the role

The Price Discrepancy Analyst is responsible for managing customer short-payments (DZs). A key function of this role is to identify trends for specific customers, districts, and reason codes and to drive the organization towards prevention of future DZs. The Price Discrepancy Analyst will work with other departments (mainly Sales and Customer Service) to identify opportunities for improvement with the goal of billing customers correctly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes impacting payments Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to expedite dispute resolution
• Track and report recurring issues to support process improvement initiatives Perform month-end AR closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals
