About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Kolkata . What you'll do

• Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding orders and requirements
• Assist with supplier communication, follow-ups, and order coordination
• Maintain and update purchasing, supplier, and order-related information in MS Excel
• Support the team with quality control and quality inspection activities when required
