About the role

Orchestrate cross‑functional bid teams across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and solutions to produce winning, commercially viable proposals. Continuously improve bid effectiveness, leveraging win/loss analysis, reusable assets, and best practices to improve win rates, speed, and bid quality.

What you'll do

Drive winning and commercially sound bids, shaping solution, pricing, and risk positioning to maximize win probability while meeting margin and governance expectations
Ensure commercial and contractual integrity, driving pricing governance, margin targets, deal approvals, and adherence to organizational policies
