About the role

You’re the quality gate between Tier 2 fixes and production stability. You’ll turn fast-moving fixes and releases into verified outcomes, preventing repeat incidents, reducing rework, and helping releases land cleanly across a mixed portfolio of vendor-supported SaaS and custom .NET / Microsoft SharePoint applications.

What you'll do

Own Tier 2 validation: Reproduce reported issues, validate fixes, confirm acceptance criteria, and document clear test evidence
Perform regression and impact testing (manual and automated) to ensure fixes do not affect dependent workflows or systems
Support release validation by executing regression and smoke testing for patches, configuration changes, and maintenance releases
Manage defects end-to-end: log, track, retest, and communicate status and risks using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail
Build and maintain lean, reusable regression test packs and incident-based test scenarios to improve QA efficiency and consistency
