About the role

The Test Manager leads the Quality Engineering function across multiple product portfolios, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap
  • Lead, mentor, and grow Test Leads and Quality Engineers
  • Establish quality standards, governance, and release readiness processes
  • Drive automation maturity and continuous testing across the SDLC
  • Manage QA capacity planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships
