What you'll do

• Manage straightforward QA projects related to existing programs, supporting quality initiatives across the team within known lines of business (LOBs)
• Execute quality assurance audit processes and sampling methods within established frameworks, ensuring compliance with team quality standards
• Perform quality review of AV (Audio-Visual) assets to ensure adherence to creative specifications, brand guidelines, and technical standards across applicable LOBs
• Track and report project-level metrics (Internal QA Score, External QA Score, QC Sampling Rate) and ensure measures of success are clearly in place for each project
• Collaborate with peers across teams to ensure quality alignment, manage project-level dependencies, and support team-level coordination
