QMS Lead

About the role

The QMS Lead is responsible for strengthening the Quality Management System across JEN projects and fabrication partner locations. This role leads to continuous improvement, Lean quality, and customer improvement programmes using performance data, structured problem-solving, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead the continuous improvement roadmap and customer improvement programmes, defining priorities, objectives, owners, milestones
• Apply Lean methods—including value-stream mapping, 5S, visual management, standard work, A3 problem-solving, Pareto analysis
• Analyze quality and operational data and maintain visual dashboards for right-first-time performance, defect recurrence, NCR ageing, audit closure, rework
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and convert complaints, audit findings, NCRs, concessions, inspection results
• Standardize and replicate effective practices across projects and fabrication partners through controlled procedures, checklists, quality gates, standard work, training

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• ISO 9001
• Six Sigma
• 5S
• Mechanical engineering
• Root cause analysis
• Fabrication
• B.Tech or B.E.
