About the role

We are seeking an analytical, precise, and highly articulate Lead Quality Analyst (Medical Scribing & Transcription) with 5-8 years of experience to spearhead the quality framework for our healthcare data operations. In this role, you will be the ultimate gatekeeper of quality, bridging the gap between AI-generated outputs and human clinical precision.

What you'll do

• Advanced Quality Auditing & Governance
• Verify that all complex diagnostic data, treatment plans, and clinical nuances are perfectly captured
• Validation of audio segmentation boundaries
• Verification of exact speaker attribution (Diarization)
• Verification of context-driven punctuation rules

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Transcription
• Root cause analysis
• Pharmacology
• Microbiology
• B.Sc or M.Sc or B.Pharm or M.Pharm or BDS
