Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The QA Engineer is the operational owner of day-to-day QA execution for Power, ensuring releases meet agreed quality standards with minimal supervision. The role coordinates regression testing, environment readiness, defect follow-up, and QA sign-off while expanding automation across critical user journeys.

What you'll do

• Operationally own QA execution for each release, including test scope, regression sequencing, task allocation, and progress tracking
• Confirm environment readiness, test data, access, and build availability before testing; coordinate resolution of blockers
• Execute and coordinate functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across critical workflows
• Coordinate defect triage, retesting, and closure with development teams, and escalate unresolved release risks promptly
• Consolidate test results, outstanding defects, and quality risks to coordinate QA sign-off with the designated approvers
