What you'll do

• Quality Leadership & Systems
• Lead In-Process QA teams for Optical connectivity products , ensuring process compliance and continuous improvement
• Ensure preparing and managing Quality Department plans and budgets
• Drive adherence to SOPs and quality parameters; oversee creation, review, and revision of SOPs as needed
• Ensure robust execution of quality checks for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods; address deviations promptly

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• SOP writing
• GMP
• CRM
• Root cause analysis
• Lean
• Any graduate
