What you'll do

• Own test strategy and execution for new features, partnering with developers, business analysts, and Middle Office and Operations stakeholders from design through release
• Translate business rules into comprehensive test scenarios and edge cases across the trade lifecycle, including trades, positions, P&L, option expiry, corporate actions
• Independently calculate expected realized, unrealized, and mark-to-market P&L results, and reconcile exceptions against source-of-truth datasets and legacy systems
• Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage across Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, Kafka event flows, batch jobs, data workflows
• Validate batch and workflow behavior, including reruns, failures, idempotency, and cache consistency between Redis and the database
