About the role
The Quality Manager/Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining world?class quality systems for EV traction motors —covering stator, rotor, and motor assembly processes. The role ensures IATF 16949 compliance, drives APQP/PPAP , leads problem solving and customer quality , manages SQE , and ensures all products meet safety, reliability, and performance standards.
What you'll do
- Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits
- Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer?specific requirements
- Lead internal and external audits (IATF, customer, regulatory) and close findings with sustainable actions
- Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA, inspection standards, traceability, and document control
- NPI / APQP / PPAP Ownership
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- IATF 16949
- SPC
- ISO 9001
- PPAP
- Root cause analysis
- APQP
- B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA or M.Sc
