Quality Engineer

About the role

Line inspection (First piece inspection approval, material clearance) & pre-dispatch inspection reports (dock audit). Internal gauge verification/calibration. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints, internal and external audits, customer audits. Customer specific reports (Pre_dispatch inspection reports, layout inspection reports, self assessment audit reports).

What you'll do

• Measuring instrument calibration from third party NABL accredited labs - Co-ordination
• Ensure health and safety standards on the shopfloor
• Ensuring the quality system / environment system are established and maintained as per International standards
• Plan and perform employees training in quality and environmental matters
• Plan and coordinate internal process audits

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Calibration
• B.Tech or B.E.
