About the role

This role collaborates closely with delivery teams, clients, and senior leadership to embed quality into every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent, high‑value outcomes. Define and implement quality standards and metrics for BPM projects. Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance.
