As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our banking processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our department meets the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with our team to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective quality control measures.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our banking processes
• Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits of banking processes to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent performance
• Collaborate with the BPM | Transition team to understand process requirements and provide quality-focused solutions
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Any graduate
