Quality Manager | Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing

About the role

Strengthen supplier quality through incoming quality controls, supplier issue resolution and coordination with procurement and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 10-15+ years of Quality experience in aerospace, precision machining or other high-precision manufacturing environments.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Quality operations across incoming inspection, in-process quality and final inspection for aerospace and precision-machined components
• Drive process quality, dimensional accuracy and drawing compliance through effective inspection methods, process controls and measurement systems
• Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions for internal defects, customer complaints and recurring manufacturing issues
• Manage customer quality interactions, technical clarifications, non-conformance resolution and corrective action commitments
• Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace quality standards, customer-specific requirements, traceability and documentation controls
