About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil to manage the commercial and quantity surveying activities associated with civil and building works. The position will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, measurement, valuation, variations, subcontractor management, cost control, and final accounts.

What you'll do

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for civil and building works, including: Earthworks and excavation
  • External works and landscaping
  • Roads, paving, and infrastructure works
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets
