What you'll do

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for Urban Planning, Master Planning, Township Development, Smart City
• Conduct quantity assessment and cost estimation for roads, utilities, water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, landscaping, public spaces, transit infrastructure
• Review master plans, layout plans, DPRs, engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify quantity variations, scope changes
• Develop and maintain project cost plans, cost databases, and budget estimates for urban development and infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Evaluate variation orders, additional scope items, and design modifications, and prepare detailed cost impact assessments and rate analyses

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
