What you'll do

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications
• Develop project cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works
• Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and technical specifications
• Prepare rate analysis, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for estimation inputs

What you need

• 3–8 yrs of experience
• Quantity estimation
• AutoCAD
• Construction
• Costing
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ERP
• SAP
