Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QS-III – Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management and commercial activities across infrastructure / urban development projects. The role will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, measurement, valuations, and commercial management while ensuring project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost plans for project works
• Undertake measurement and valuation of civil, building and infrastructure works
• Review contractor bills, interim payment applications and supporting documentation
• Monitor project costs, commitments, variations and forecast final costs
• Assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders, bids and commercial proposals

What you need

• 5–8 years in civil & construction
• Quantity estimation
• Construction
• Valuation
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
