Senior Specialist - Sustainability

About the role

JLL's Sustainable Asset Services support the creation of resilient real estate assets for the future. We guide our clients through the evolving landscape of sustainability, to deliver their retrofit, fit-out or property transaction in accordance with their ESG goals and industry-leading practice.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary client contact for sustainability engineering projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate technical findings, recommendations and project progress
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible insights for diverse client audiences and stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables align with project objectives and timelines
• Lead and manage multiple sustainability projects simultaneously from inception to completion
