About the role

To manage and oversee MEP quantity surveying activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, cost control, and commercial management for building and infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and review detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works
  • Perform quantity take-offs from MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, rate analysis, and cost plans for MEP packages
  • Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractor quotations
  • Assist in tender evaluation, commercial comparisons, and contractor negotiations
