R&D Engineer (Analytical)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the analytical lab in our Global R&D Center located at Pune. The candidate with M.Sc. / M. Tech. will support the testing and characterization of materials and formulations for advanced product development and research initiatives.

What you'll do

• Conduct analytical testing, material characterization, and data interpretation to identify materials and evaluate their physical, thermal, and chemical properties
• Thermal techniques (DSC, TGA, DMA and Thermal Conductivity)
• Chromatographic methods (GPC) and
• Prepare technical reports and effectively communicate findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with R&D and Global Technology teams to support innovation

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• Root cause analysis
