What you'll do

• Support R&D Scientists and project teams in executing R&D and product development programs through synthesis experiments, DOE studies, process monitoring
• Operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, while maintaining and continuously improving SOPs
• Maintain accurate records of process conditions, operating parameters, observations, and experimental results, and prepare technical reports and documentation as required
• Assist in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer from laboratory through pilot plant to manufacturing, including experimental execution, data analysis
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pilot plant equipment, including commissioning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers
