R&D Leadership - Home Care (Dish Wash, Detergent, Fabric)

About the role

Utilise AI-enabled tools to support product costing, formulation optimisation, and predictive modelling. Significant experience within Home Care R&D, particularly across Dish Care and Fabric Care categories. Proven track record in formulation development, innovation, commercialisation, and scale-up. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex innovation portfolios.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end R&D function for a fast-growing Home Care portfolio
• Define and drive the R&D strategy for Dish Care and Fabric Care categories aligned with business growth objectives
• Build a robust innovation pipeline by identifying portfolio gaps, emerging consumer needs, and market opportunities
• Lead formulation development across dishwashing liquids, powders, bars, detergents, conditioners, and related home care products
• Develop and maintain formulation libraries, technical dossiers, and standard operating procedures
