What you'll do

• Key/End User support and Knowledge Management
• Providing key user support as a point of escalation for system issues
• Strong support for development and maintenance of key/end user training curriculum and training materials
• Develops and maintains testing documentation (testing scenarios, scripts)
• Performance review of service level effectiveness (incident trends, SLAs) to drive continuous improvements
