RB - Acquiring:Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager is responsible for the sourcing of merchants and for adherence to the KYC policy. The Business Manager is also responsible for team management along with focusing on exceeding the targets set out in the KRAs.

What you'll do

• Ensure On-Boarding of New Merchants only
• Ensure that the merchant on-boarded in system is hand-holded by the sales team for the period of 6 months
• Resolve merchant queries from re-training, statement queries, payment queries and any other query raised by the merchant for period of 6 months from the date of…
• Ensure closure of customer requests and complaints within TAT (2 working days)
• Grow the business by cross-selling the bank's products

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
