What you'll do

• Drive investment throughput across Mutual Funds and Alternate products through strategic interventions across Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments
• Provide valuable insights on industry trends and data analysis to Wealth Specialists and Relationship Management Team
• Provide investment product and process support to the Burgundy, NRI & Priority segments
• Work with technology and business product teams to introduce new processes/ enhance existing processes for a better client experience
• Perform root cause analysis of customer and coverage team pain points and work towards eliminating bottlenecks
