RB - Branch Banking: Regional Head

About the role

The Branch Banking network at Axis drives franchise growth by deepening customer relationships and establishing Brand Axis through a distinctive on-ground customer experience. The role oversees customer relationship management and branch operations across the assigned region, with a mandate to increase market share, particularly in deposits.

What you'll do

• Strategy, Growth and P&L
• Strategise annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting sales, projecting volumes and profitability for existing and new products
• And analysing trends and results
• Own P&L outcomes and oversee business development across Retail Liabilities, Assets, Revenue Business and third-party
• Achieve Retail Deposit, Savings Account and Current Account MDAB targets

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Customer service

• Chartered Accountant or MBA or B.Com
