About the role

The role would drive significant impact in improving in BOHI scores, Branch Audits, Fraud Outcomes and ensure integration of learning across the Bank, with empowerment to ensure proactive steps are taken towards remediation. Aboutthe Role Resource is responsible for driving a team of individuals to continuously monitor the branch performance on various parameters, identify themes, suggest controls, improvement through process & systemic changes.

What you'll do
