• Analyse on-ground sales engagement to enhance user journey experiences
• Identify and address bottlenecks in customer on boarding processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business, regulatory, and sales-driven tech projects
• Provide regular reports to senior management on growth, trends, challenges, and prospects
• Facilitate the development of new sales channels
