RB - Cards: CC Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

The Sales Manager – Credit Cards (Corporate Channel) is responsible for driving acquisition of credit card customers through corporate relationships and employer tie‑ups. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality customers from corporate salary accounts, professionals and institutional partnerships, while ensuring strong activation, usage and portfolio quality.

What you'll do

• Drive acquisition of credit cards through corporate salary account relationships, employer tie‑ups and institutional associations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets in line with defined corporate channel goals
• Build and manage strong working relationships with corporate HR teams, finance departments and key decision‑makers
• Coordinate with branch corporate teams, CMS teams and relationship managers to maximise sourcing opportunities
• Support card sourcing camps, onsite engagements and employee outreach programmes at corporate locations
