About the role

He / She will be responsible for end to end manage the merchant experience by driving various process improvement initiatives, automation of manual processes.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for driving Process automations and improvements in order to reduce manual process
• Ensuring timely, error free and efficient process implementation and execution
• Be responsible for ensuring all processes are duly approved by relevant stakeholders
• Be responsible to track and monitor processes, ensure processes are adhered, publish relevant trackers to Senior Management

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Any graduate
